Restore Medics USA was built around a single premise: homeowners dealing with fire and smoke damage deserve independent, evidence-based documentation — not a sales pitch from a company that profits from the work it recommends. We inspect, we test, we document, and we let the evidence determine what happens next.
Why We Work the Way We Do
Most companies that respond to fire damage events are in the remediation business. Their inspection is a precursor to a proposal. The more damage they find — or claim to find — the more work they can sell. That structure creates an obvious conflict of interest that most homeowners don't think about until it's too late.
We built our process differently. Our inspections are free and documented with photographs. Our testing is conducted under a protocol written by a licensed industrial hygienist and analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory. Our remediation scope is determined by what the lab finds — not by what we think looks like a reasonable job. And we don't consider a project complete until the hygienist issues clearance.

Restore Medics USA – Dallas is owned and led by three equal managing partners. Joseph Miller, Samantha Stern, and Tim Crane built the Dallas operation on a shared rule for every home: calm, factual education backed by photos, third-party lab results, and written documentation — never pressure. When you call, you reach a partner, not a call center.

Free inspection
Every engagement starts with a free 15–20 minute documented inspection. No cost — ever. If we find nothing, we tell you that and we leave.
Independent lab testing
We do not own or operate the laboratory. Samples go to an independent third-party lab. Results are objective — not shaped by what we want them to say.
Licensed hygienist oversight
A licensed industrial hygienist writes the testing protocol and sets the clearance criteria. We follow the hygienist's protocol — we don't write our own.
Insurance-ready documentation
Every step produces documentation formatted for insurance review: photo records, lab reports, hygienist protocols, and clearance certificates.
Hygienist clearance required
We do not consider a job complete until the hygienist issues clearance. Clearance testing is performed by the same independent lab after remediation is finished.
